## 6 steps in the application process

StudyU supports the agreed stages under the agreement, while decisions and response times remain with universities and other organisations.

### Initial profile review

You leave a request and we contact you via messenger. At this stage we go through your goals, preferred field, academic background and the documents you already have in detail.

### Strategy and contract

Under the agreement, we prepare an agreed list of universities and define the format of work. Support may include career guidance, university selection, an individual strategy, document translation, apostille, residence-permit preparation and information about housing options. The exact scope and fee are fixed in the agreement; housing availability and terms are confirmed by the university or provider.

### Application and Offer Letter

We prepare and submit agreed applications to admissions offices through the university's official application channels. The university determines the decision and response time and states tuition, discounts and other terms in the Offer Letter.

### Paying tuition directly to the university

Once the final choice is made, you pay tuition directly to the university’s official bank details stated in the letter.

### Official Acceptance Letter

After payment is confirmed and requirements are met, the university decides whether to issue the Official Acceptance Letter. If issued, it may serve as the basis for applying for a student visa at the Turkish embassy when one is required for your country.

### Campus registration and arrival planning

Under the agreement, we help you prepare for university registration and a student residence-permit application. We provide information about housing options; availability and terms are confirmed by the university or provider.

> Important: payment schedules, instalments and any discounts depend on university rules and are confirmed by the university. Tuition usually excludes accommodation, meals, insurance and the language year; confirm the exact costs with the university.

### For final registration at the university

### Can I get a grant or study completely for free?

The university determines tuition, grants and discounts. The current tuition benchmark for programs StudyU works with starts from $4,000 per year; the university confirms the exact tuition and availability of funding.

### Why are your services paid?

### Can I apply on my own?

Yes. When applying independently, check requirements, deadlines, tuition and payment terms directly with the university. The university confirms the final terms.

### How is the tuition payment split?

The payment schedule depends on the university and program. Some universities allow per-semester payments; the university confirms the exact amounts, deadlines and terms.

### What happens if I am refused admission?

The university makes the admission decision. StudyU's scope, milestones, fees and applicable refund terms are defined by the agreement with StudyU; a university decision does not itself create a public refund promise.
