Nyenrode Business University is the only private university in the Netherlands, founded in 1946 by the country's business community (including KLM, Shell, Philips). It is a leading business school with programs in management, finance and entrepreneurship, set on a scenic castle campus in Breukelen.

How to apply
Admission is based on your school diploma/degree and English. The school is geared toward international students.
The standard admission route to Nyenrode Business University for international students looks like this:
- Choose a program (9–12 months ahead). Decide on the field — business, management and finance — and the level: bachelor’s or master’s. Programs differ in requirements, deadlines and fees.
- Language certificate. Yes, the Netherlands is a leader in continental Europe for English-taught programs, including at the bachelor's level.
- Application. Applications are submitted online; once reviewed, the university sends an offer — with it you can plan finances and housing.
- Student visa and relocation. After the offer, StudyU helps prepare visa or residence-permit documents for the Netherlands; the consular or migration authority makes the decision.
After 11 years of school. Yes - universities of applied sciences accept it directly; research universities may ask for a year of university at home. IELTS 6.0-6.5.
