PARTIES AND DEFINITIONS

This contract is concluded between the following parties on the terms set out below:

Buyer: an individual or legal entity that has ordered services on the site www.studyu.org

The Provider (STUDYU INTERNATIONAL Eğitim Hizmetleri ve Danışmanlık Ticaret Limited Şirketi): a company that provides educational consulting services remotely.

1. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

The Buyer purchases educational consulting services from the Provider. The contract governs the parties' mutual rights and obligations regarding the remote provision of services via the website www.studyu.org in accordance with Law No. 6502 “On Consumer Protection” and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

The scope, milestones, timing, fees and applicable refund terms are defined by the agreement with StudyU. Decisions by universities, consulates, scholarship bodies, visa authorities, accommodation providers and other third parties remain with those decision-makers.

2. BUYER'S OBLIGATIONS

Buyer:

  • confirms they are 18 or older and have legal capacity;
  • agrees to provide accurate and complete information;
  • acknowledges familiarity with the scope and cost of the services;
  • is not entitled to claim a refund of the price difference if the service later becomes part of a promotion.

3. PAYMENT AND REFUNDS

  • The fee and payment schedule are defined by the agreement with StudyU.
  • Refund terms, when applicable, are defined by the agreement with StudyU and applicable law, taking completed milestones and incurred costs into account.
  • An approved refund is issued by the same payment method unless the agreement or law requires otherwise.

4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

  • The Buyer may exercise a right of withdrawal in the cases and within the periods provided by applicable law and the agreement with StudyU.
  • If the service began at the client's request, completed milestones and incurred costs are taken into account under the agreement and applicable law.
  • Services delivered electronically are governed by the agreement and mandatory legal rules.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials on www.studyu.org - texts, program and university descriptions, tables, photographs, illustrations, design elements, code and page structure - are the intellectual property of the Provider and are protected by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye and international copyright treaties, including the Berne Convention.

Full or partial copying, reproduction, republication, distribution, translation or any other use of the site materials without the Provider's prior written permission is prohibited. Quoting short excerpts is allowed only with attribution in the form of an active, direct, index-followable hyperlink to the corresponding page of www.studyu.org.

Violation of these terms entails liability under applicable law. The Provider monitors copies of its materials and reserves the right to demand removal of unlawfully posted content (including via DMCA and similar procedures) and to seek damages in court.

6. FORCE MAJEURE

Force majeure includes: natural disasters, wars, strikes, epidemics and IT-infrastructure failures. In such cases, the parties are released from liability for non-performance.

7. LEGAL CONSEQUENCES AND DISPUTES

  • The contract is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
  • In the event of disputes, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement authorities of Istanbul.
