Chinese–Turkish translation in Turkey: the short answer
Chinese Translation and Interpreting is a four-year bachelor's that trains you to translate written texts and interpret speech between Chinese and Turkish, with commercial, legal, technical and media texts at the advanced stage. İstanbul Okan University teaches it in Chinese and Turkish and lists $4,500 a year for 2026/27, or $4,275 when the year is paid in advance.
Because the working pair is Chinese and Turkish, this is a realistic choice mainly if you already speak Turkish well or are prepared to reach university-level Turkish. How the programme is organised

Entry requirements for international students
Okan admits international bachelor's applicants on the school certificate and transcript or on international exam results. Because courses use Turkish as one of the two working languages, plan your Turkish level before anything else.
- School documents: certificate and transcript (the 11-year certificate for Russian and CIS applicants), translations and the Ministry of National Education equivalence at registration.
